1/32 EC 135 T2i Luftrettung

The EC 135 is the quietest helicopter of its class and is the most successful Eurocopter development to date. This twin-engined light helicopter has become a real best seller for Eurocopter. Among the special features of the EC135 are a low-noise Fenestron shrouded tail rotor, fuselage and rotor blades made of composite materials and a versatile capability. It is one of the most economical and low-maintenance helicopters of the new generation. The German Ministry of the Interior has introduced a total of 16 EC 135 T2is for primary air rescue work within the civil defence framework. All machines are equipped with emergency medical equipment, the "HELLAS" obstacle recognition system, a "TAS" anti-collision system and a GPS system and are approved for instrument flying.
