From the classic sci-fi movie, Forbidden Planet, comes one of cinema’s most famous mechanical men: Robby the Robot. Robby is the faithful mechanical servant on board the exploratory starship, the C-57D, sent on a mission to the distant planet Altair 4.

Forbidden Planet was one of the first serious science fiction movies of modern, mid-century cinema, and laid the groundwork for sci-fi movies and television series to come.

The Robby the Robot model kit features authentic details and stands about 8” tall when fully assembled. Skill level 2 - ages 10 and up.
